Do not choose between the two power outputs expecting a mechanical difference, the 2019-2020 and 2021+ B58 in the Supra are the same hardware with a different ECU map. The real reason to prefer a 2021 or later car is the bundled build quality fixes and standard higher-output tune, not the engine itself being different.
